This Skills Bootcamp has been designed for construction professionals who are currently team leaders, assistant supervisors, supervisors on SSSTS certification looking to progress onto a level 3 NVQ qualification.
Our Skills Bootcamp offers a comprehensive 6-8* week, non-accredited learning experience designed to build a strong foundation in occupational workplace supervision. Through engaging content and practical exercises, you'll develop the key knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for effective leadership.
Following successful completion of the Skills Bootcamp, you will be eligible to register for the nationally recognised NOCN Level 3 Occupational Work Supervision qualification, empowering you to advance your career.
What is included in this training?
- Eight weeks professional knowledge classes with industry expert tutor learning knowledge for Level 3 - this course is a pathway to Full NVQ
- Skills Bootcamp certificate of attendance (80% GLH)

- Registration onto a NOCN NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision and Certification, working with professional assessor aligned with NVQ learning outcomes
- CITB Test
- CSCS Card on completion of NVQ
Disclaimer: This Skills Bootcamp is a non-accredited training programme designed as a preparatory pathway toward achieving an NVQ. Upon successful completion of the Bootcamp, learners will be registered onto their relevant NVQ qualification. Please note, the Bootcamp itself does not provide a regulated qualification.
This Skills Bootcamp includes 2 days Face-2-Face training with a construction expert.
To qualify for the level 3 Site Supervision Programme, learners are required to:
- Be aged 19+ years old.
- Live in the Greater London region (including the 8 postcode areas (E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC) and outer boroughs (BR, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TW, UB, WD)).
- Have experience in construction either up to a level 2 trade qualification or with equivalent experience and with extra responsibilities such as acting as a team leader, supporting a qualified supervisor or a site manager or currently holding an SSSTS certificate and are looking to qualify for a Gold CSCS Supervisors card.
