Duration

  • 1 day (all learners are required to complete the full 7.5 hours for certification).

Examination

  • The examination will consist of 22 questions, including 19 multiple-choice questions (each worth 1 mark) and 3 free text questions (each worth 2-3 marks). This exam is 45 minutes and learners are required to get a mark of at least 21/27 (80%) to pass the examination.
  • The certification for this course is valid for 5 years. Upon expiry, you will need to retake the course to remain certified.
  • This is a CITB accredited course, price confirmed at time of course booking date with a CITB certificate that will be issued once the course is completed.
