This funded training in Level 5 Retrofit Co-ordination & Management supports learners to upskill their knowledge and experience necessary to become a Retrofit manager/co-ordinator within the construction sector. This online training is designed to prepare you for the role of upgrading existing buildings to improve energy efficiency through the process of reducing energy consumption, lowering emissions and enhancing building performance.
This course is designed for individuals who already have qualifications within building/site management looking to gain a qualification in project co-ordination and risk management for domestic retrofit projects. This course also provides a route for individuals already working within retrofit sector, but lacking the necessary qualifications needed to progress in their career.
This funded training allows you flexibility to train online during weekday evenings (Monday - Friday) & Saturdays. With this training being delivered remotely, it allows you to login via video conferencing software like zoom or Microsoft teams to a live tutor from home over the 8 week Bootcamp.
To qualify for the level 5 Retrofit Co-ordination & Management, learners are required to:
· Live within the South Yorkshire region and be 19+ years old
· Have experience in construction either up to a level 2 trade qualification or with equivalent experience and with extra responsibilities such as acting as a team leader, supporting a qualified supervisor or a site manager.
